• Monday - Friday schedule, 8am - 5pm
• 25 patient visits per week
• Home health setting
• 40 guaranteed weekly hours with completed patient visits
• Home health experience preferred but not required
• OASIS experience required
• Field-based position serving central valley region

From $ to $ weekly
Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
