Annual Bonus Responsible for developing, executing, and managing content-driven digital and print campaigns for a portfolio of B2B clients. This individual will craft all copy for clients' marketing materials and communications, using a blend of strategic storytelling and data-driven digital tactics. This individual is vital for generating qualified leads, driving business growth, and maintaining a strong brand voice for clients across a variety of channels. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the lead Account Executive for a handful of client campaigns, owning the overall communications and content strategy. Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, managing project timelines, and ensuring all deliverables align with their business goals. Develop comprehensive marketing and communications plans, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and providing strategic recommendations. Lead client meetings, present ideas, and guide them through strategic decisions related to their campaigns. Ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met and communicate any necessary changes to clients. Content Creation & Execution
Serve as the lead writer for client-facing and internal marketing content, including website copy, case studies, whitepapers, e-books, blog posts, press releases, social media, and email campaigns. Develop and manage editorial and content calendars to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality, relevant content. Collaborate with internal creative teams and subject matter experts to translate complex topics into clear, concise, and compelling narratives. Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and style across all communication channels and materials. Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to all content to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Public Relations
Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns that align with client goals and target business decision-makers and industry stakeholders. Draft and distribute compelling content, including press releases, media pitches, case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership articles. Build and nurture relationships with key B2B media, journalists, and industry influencers. Secure high-level placements and earned media coverage in relevant online, print, and broadcast outlets. Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
Writing Skills
: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates a versatile writing style. Technical Skills
: Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO software (e.g., Semrush, Moz), email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), and project management systems (PMS). Creativity and Strategy
: Ability to think strategically about content and creatively to produce innovative materials. Organizational Skills
: Excellent project management skills, including the ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. B2B Acumen
: A strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and experience writing for a business-focused audience. Education and Experience Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field. Experience:
2–3+ years of experience in communications and content creation, preferably within a B2B or agency environment. Seniority level
