Role Overview The Brand Manager connects the Petite Keep ecosystem by supporting the Senior Director of Brand across product development, partnerships, and brand operations. The ideal candidate blends project‑management precision with a strong brand voice and copywriting excellence, ensuring every marketing effort feels authentic, cohesive, and elevated.
Key Responsibilities Product Development Project Management
Partner with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Creative, Leadership) to drive product timelines, deliverables, and approvals from concept through launch.
Translate ideas into actionable plans, ensuring clear next steps and accountability across departments.
Maintain and communicate product calendars, key milestones, and launch updates to keep the entire team aligned.
Track and distribute marketing materials, product sheets, and creative assets associated with each launch.
Partnership and Collaboration Management
Act as day‑to‑day project manager for brand collaborations—owning rollout timelines, coordinating meetings, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Maintain seamless communication between partners and internal teams to uphold alignment on deliverables, timelines, and brand standards.
Work with Director of Brand to prepare internal briefs, marketing term sheets, and launch recaps to measure results and share key learnings.
Ensure all external messaging, visuals, and copy reflect Petite Keep’s voice, values, and aesthetic integrity.
PR and Brand Visibility
Support public relations initiatives and media outreach to strengthen Petite Keep’s visibility and reputation.
Draft and refine copy for press releases, influencer communications, and brand messaging—ensuring consistency in tone and storytelling.
Identify and pursue timely PR opportunities aligned with product launches and brand moments.
Track and report on press coverage and brand awareness efforts.
Brand Consistency and Copywriting
Serve as a guardian of the Petite Keep brand—ensuring all written and visual materials align with our tone, values, and aesthetic.
Support writing brand copy across marketing channels via campaign briefs.
Support the Senior Director of Brand in maintaining brand standards across all communications and ensuring cohesive messaging across departments.
Assist in the rollout of marketing assets, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and timeliness across the ecosystem.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Design, Visual Communication, or Luxury Brand Management a plus).
3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or project management—ideally within a DTC, lifestyle, or luxury consumer brand.
Proven success managing timelines, coordinating across teams, and driving complex projects to completion.
Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to craft clear, on‑brand copy that reflects PK’s voice and values.
Deep understanding of brand storytelling and a meticulous “brand guardian” mindset.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented; thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and design platforms (ex. Monday, Google Workspace, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
