Consultation and guidance – Provide comprehensive consultation to students and parents, developing tailored academic pathways focused on higher education success.
Design and implement personalized curriculum plans aligned with each student’s goals, strengths, and aspirations.
Establish clear, measurable learning objectives to guide academic and career development.
Regularly assess and monitor student performance to ensure steady progress toward learning objectives.
Identify challenges and apply effective strategies to enhance academic outcomes.
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and educational specialists to optimize student learning experiences.
Manage the student renewal process to ensure seamless continuation of academic services.
Proactively recommend supplementary resources, extracurricular programs, and enrichment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with students and parents to encourage engagement and referrals.
Maintain consistent, transparent communication with students and parents regarding academic performance, progress, and development areas.
Prepare detailed reports and deliver professional feedback with actionable recommendations for improvement.
Stay informed on the latest trends in education, academic counseling, and career planning.
Continuously refine advising strategies to uphold best practices and enhance student success.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in academic advising, education consulting, or student counseling (experience in an international or college‑prep setting preferred).
