What does a Revenue Auditor do?
Accurately and efficiently verifies data in audit software and corrects any existing errors. Investigates variances resulting from transactions that do not match reports or data provided, and assists with identifying root causes.
Completes audit worksheets as assigned, including but not limited to manual data entry as well as validation of automated data entry.
Consistently and efficiently verifies receipts and other source documents to the computer database and/or point of sale system, signatures, time stamps and other attributes as required.
Follows and fills out audit checklists completely and accurately, noting adjustments, variances or findings that may be relevant to the Accounting team or other areas reviewing the audits.
Assists with problem solving as needed.
Utilizes creative thinking and leverages technology to improve audit processes.

Work Experience
Associate’s Degree in Business or related field, concentration in Accounting preferred, and/or four years of experience in a related field or combination of education and experience.
Excellent oral and written communication and above average computer skills.

Benefits — Accounting Scholarship Details
Participants must be full‑time employees in the Finance Department at the time of scholarship application.
Scholarships will be awarded on a semester by semester basis.
Solid employee performance rating prior to and during school enrollment.
Courses must be from a college or university with an accredited accounting program.
Employee has not earned below a “C” (2.0) cumulative grade point average in prior college‑level courses.
Employee must maintain a “B” (3.0) cumulative grade point average for courses paid for by Turning Stone Enterprises in order to be eligible for scholarships for future semesters.
Turning Stone Enterprises will provide a financial benefit to the employee for up to six credit hours per semester at the current SUNY tuition rate.
