Develop and implement an annual plan to meet sales targets within a designated territory Build and maintain a balanced pipeline of target prospects through various prospecting methods Qualify opportunities by understanding the target market and decision-making personas Establish trusted advisor relationships with prospects to foster long-term client relationships Utilize sales tools and systems to manage daily activities and achieve quota targets What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent education and/or related work experience Typically 3+ years of experience in a B2B complex sales cycle role required Proven experience in Professional Employer Organization (PEO) preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and sales opportunities simultaneously How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
