What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop an annual plan to meet targets in assigned market territories and manage a diverse portfolio of industries
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling to build a balanced pipeline of target prospects
Conduct needs analysis to understand administrative challenges faced by prospective clients and tailor solutions accordingly
Present solutions that demonstrate how the employer's services can improve efficiency and address client pain points
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HCM, SaaS, HRO, Cloud, ERP, HRIS, technology, or financial services
Strong phone-based development skills and ability to conduct online demos and virtual meetings
Proven success with complex, consultative, C-level sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in PEO, SaaS, HCM, and/or ASO
Strong business acumen and P&L analysis skills
Experience with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM systems
Ability to build and maximize partner and referral networks
Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
