About the Role As Senior Art Director at Exposure, you’ll support the creative development of photo, video, CGI, and design. This role is equal parts creative vision and strategic alignment—you’ll translate client marketing goals into visually powerful storytelling campaigns, product launches, and always‑on content that connect with Gen‑Z audiences across channels. While a strong design foundation is important, your primary focus will be art direction across motion and stills: driving shoots from concepting through post‑production, briefing and guiding CGI and animation partners, and ensuring all creative output is elevated, on‑brand, and effective. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to balance storytelling with business needs, and you’ll bring a sharp, organized approach that keeps multiple projects moving seamlessly in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead art direction for seasonal campaigns, product launches, e‑commerce, and always‑on content, ensuring alignment with client brand identity and marketing objectives.

Oversee photo and video creative from start to finish, including detailed art direction decks, shot lists, video storyboarding, wardrobe and prop styling, and guiding selects and retouching notes.

Design layouts for presentations, campaign toolkits, and cross‑channel creative, ensuring concepts are expressed clearly and effectively.

Brief and direct CGI and animation partners to align renders, motion graphics, and visual effects with creative intent, marketing strategy, and brand standards.

Translate marketing needs into actionable creative briefs, shoot decks, and visual references.

Confidently pitch and present creative work, both verbally and with strong writing skills, to internal teams and clients, articulating creative rationale and securing alignment.

Partner with cross‑functional teams (marketing, brand, growth, production) to ensure creative delivers on both storytelling and business goals.

Direct photographers, stylists, talent, and crew to achieve consistent, brand‑right imagery and video.

Maintain shoot decks, reference libraries, and image archives to ensure creative alignment across internal and client teams.

Provide clear post‑production guidance from kickoff through asset delivery, reviewing selects, cropping, and retouching notes in line with brand standards and social media guidelines.

Balance creativity and efficiency—managing timelines, deliverables, and multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
