Marketing Coordinator

Brand & Digital Communications
Work with the Brand Manager to plan, create, and publish social media content across all Hunton business units using Hootsuite.
Maintain accuracy of employee data within the Marketing Challenge, Master List, Intranet, and Hunton Store (including new hire onboarding and terminations).
Create digital lobby screen content and visual displays for office locations. Assist with headshot scheduling and editing.
Manage and encourage brand involvement through the Brand Ambassador Program.
Utilize AI responsibly to streamline content creation and marketing workflows.
Internal Engagement & Employee Experience
Administer Hunton Store operations, including store items and point assignments for all divisions.
Lead internal campaigns such as photo contests and newsletter content (Hunton, Convergentz, and HT editions).
Maintain organization of the marketing workspace and promotional materials.
Plan and execute employee appreciation initiatives.
Event & Community Coordination
Support corporate events such as Westchase Corporate Challenge.
Manage company-wide volunteer and philanthropy efforts such as Gracewood Clothing & Toy Drives, Backpack for Kids Program, and BeAResource partnerships.
Coordinate logistics and creative support for tradeshows and conferences across divisions.
Creative Production
Capture and edit event photography and video for internal and external use.
Develop promotional materials and branded collateral for Hunton and Convergentz.
Collaborate with division leaders to execute visual and storytelling requests.
Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) responsibly and ethically within marketing projects.
Marketing Operations & Strategy Support
Partner with the VP of Marketing to track and report on performance metrics related to engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Assist in developing team capabilities in areas such as photography, videography, design, copywriting, and asset management.
Provide administrative support and assist with special initiatives as needed.
Able to maintain a clean and organized marketing storage area.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
2 to 5 years of experience in Marketing.
Videography and event photography experience, including creating, editing, and managing.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal skills - including strong communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Proficient in Project Management.
Experience in creating content and managing a company newsletter.
