Collaborate with Sales, Account Owners, Business Operations, and Trade Managers to support growth and profit targets for Full Container Load (FCL) and Less‑than‑Container Load (LCL) products Formulate and manage responses to mid‑size regional RFQs and spot rate requests Handle pricing updates for existing customers, including rate extensions, revisions, GRI, and bunker adjustments Monitor trade lane trends and carrier performance in partnership with Trade Managers Support allocation management by executing steering instructions and resolving space request escalations Qualifications
1‑2 years of seafreight experience or recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field A sharp eye for detail and accuracy when working with rate data and customer requests Geographic awareness and the ability to connect trade lanes, market conditions, and customer needs to build competitive pricing solutions Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally and provide clear, timely responses to customer inquiries A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment Benefits
