Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable painting labor or painting Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various construction-related tasks, including residential and commercial painting, carpentry, and renovation. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proficiency with hand and power tools. The Subcontractor will work on diverse projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standard

Duties
Execute residential and commercial painting projects with precision, utilizing color theory and airless paint spraying techniques.
Perform carpentry tasks including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and fixture installation.
Conduct renovations and restorations, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to construction tasks.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Engage in plastering, stucco application, concrete finishing, masonry work, and caulking as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites.
Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements
Proven experience in construction-related fields with a focus on residential painting, commercial painting, or industrial painting.
Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices.
Familiarity with renovation processes and maintenance tasks.
Ability to perform maintenance person duties as required.
Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety regulations.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
