Technical Part Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of experience in a Scientist role within the pharmaceutical or regulated industry Bilingual (English & Spanish) Project Management skills Shift: Administrative, and according to business needs Experience in design, characterization and optimization of inspection/packaging processes; troubleshooting; implementation of system, equipment or process modifications; experiments; process and/or capital projects Process Validation Inspection Systems, Visual Inspection, and Machine Vision Deep Learning, Statistical Analysis; Process Characterization The Personality Part Comfortable working in a laboratory environment with required equipment Highly multitasking, scientific, creative individual who can devise experiments Team player with healthy competition, teamwork, ethical conduct, and wide use of the scientific method Responsibilities
Conceive, design, execute, evaluate, and interpret experimental strategies Provide input to new processes to generate robust and reliable data Ensure studies comply with protocols and applicable guidelines and regulations Design, monitor or conduct experimental strategies under general guidance from supervisor Analyze data, interpret results, and assess impact on the project Keep current in scientific expertise and relevant areas to their function Monitor literature and technology development, communicate relevant observations Introduce advanced scientific methods when appropriate Develop and implement novel protocols to address specific issues Represent the department on project teams under supervision of senior scientific staff Initiate productive collaborations within and outside the department or company Advises or assists others in experimental design, interpretation/diagnosis of data and implementing innovative remedies Who We Are
