Analyst, End User Support Continuous Improvement / Endpoint Architect – IT-BHC-#24053
Location: Miami Gardens, FL | Salary: $50,000.00–$51,000.00
Summary Under general supervision, the Analyst is responsible for supporting the foundational End User Support organization. The Analyst leads initiatives in continuous improvement, standardizes best methods across the organization, manages critical business strategies through imaging process management, and provides technical oversight. The Analyst ensures client specifications are met, evaluates new technologies, develops department standard practices, analyzes current practices, and implements workflow, structural, and team changes to maintain continuous performance across the department.
Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and standardize best practices across the organization.
Manage the imaging process and provide technical oversight to support critical business strategies.
Ensure client specifications are met and evaluate new technologies to enhance support effectiveness.
Analyze current practices and implement changes in workflows, structures, and team organization to sustain continuous performance.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree (essential).
Experience: Three years of relevant experience (essential).
Credentials: Bonus exclusions may apply in accordance with policy HR‑004‑026.
