Summary: Under general supervision, Analyst, End User Support Continuous Improvement/Endpoint Architect is responsible for supporting the foundation for End User Support. Responsibilities include leading initiatives in continuous improvement, best methods implementation, standardization across the organization, leading change, maintaining software processes and supports critical business strategies by managing the imaging process and provides technical oversight.
Responsibilities
Lead initiatives in continuous improvement and standardization across the organization.
Lead change, maintain software processes, and support imaging and technical oversight for End User Support.
Ensure client specifications are met and apply extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Evaluate new technologies and develop departmental standard practices.
Analyze current practices and develop improvements; implement changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous performance across the department.
Education Essential:
Bachelor
Experience Essential:
Three Years
