Job Description:
Apex Systems is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to support a USCIS distributed processing and hosting platforms, including Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI), virtualization, and edge computing.
Responsibilities
Implementing and modifying unified computing platforms and virtualization environments.
Supporting hardware installations, upgrades, and relocations.
Performing operational changes for disaster recovery and data integrity.
Assisting with Tier 4 troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Collaborating with engineering teams for architecture analysis and platform optimization.
Ensuring compliance with security protocols and operational standards.
