Regional Access Manager - Florida

to identify, understand, and maximize access and fulfillment opportunities for NNA products—Pediatric/GI, Metabolic, and Ketogenic—across an assigned Florida territory. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Region Manager, National Sales Manager, and Category Sales Managers to maximize product access across targeted territories. Implement processes with National Access Manager, Payer, Coverage, and Payor Account Manager to improve local/regional access opportunities. Develop and refine state access processes, incorporating analytics, strategies, tactics, and measurement. Manage and execute local state contracts and ensure proper formulary access and implementation. Coordinate training and messaging with Region Sales Manager and National Sales Manager to embed access management into regional business plans. Partner with marketing teams, National Access Manager, and Payer to develop tools that communicate access messaging. WIC Access
Gain an in-depth understanding of state WIC procurement processes, formularies, and opportunities to represent NNA products on WIC formularies. Secure current business and maximize product line utilization. Provide analytics related to national and state WIC sales and market share. Negotiate and establish agreements and contracts with payer organizations. Identify government and commercial payer opportunities and issues and implement programs to resolve or mitigate Nutricia North America product access barriers (Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare & WIC). Train and coach the sales organization and align regional tactical strategies with payoff plans. Salary & Benefits
Salary range: $100,000 – $125,000 USD per year, plus performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits bundle (Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, Paid Parental Bonding Leave, etc.). Thorough knowledge of WIC and broad understanding of reimbursement trends and product access issues. Experience developing and implementing impactful customer strategies and strong analytical skills. Strong sales, negotiation, business planning and communication skills, and a strong team player adept at managing multiple priorities. Coaching and training skills to develop Key Account Management skills in the sales organization. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise format and develop regional strategic business plans related to Product Access. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required. 5-7 years of relevant work experience in medical nutrition sales with a consistent track record of sales success and/or equivalent clinical experience. Strong knowledge of access and fulfillment channels; experience with WIC or other payers preferred. Seniority Level
