offices. You will work alongside seasoned CPAs, build a strong team, and have a potential path to Partnership. How You’ll Spend Your Time
Lead or supervise engagement team staff on audit, review, or compilation engagements to provide world‑class client service. Oversee day‑to‑day audit engagement operations, including staffing, planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting, and conclusion. Provide supervision and support to engagement staff, promote open communication to the engagement partner. Collaborate with seniors or partners on client issue resolution and recommend solutions for legal, regulatory, and accounting issues arising during an audit. Manage multiple concurrent engagements with various teams to meet client deadlines. Create and track engagement budgets and review for inefficiencies. Conduct constructive discussions with team members on their evaluations and provide counsel accordingly. Serve in professional development programs as an instructor or discussion leader. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. CPA license required. At least 5 years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff. Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including familiarity with US GAAP. Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships. Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects. Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the firm well to client management. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills, strong attention to detail, and proven innovative problem‑solving skills. Ability to travel as needed. Compensation
The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $150,000. In addition to base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program based on individual and firm performance. EEO Statement
