Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Legal Administrative Assistant
to support legal operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully onsite contract role based in Ashburn, VA, ideal for candidates with prior experience in legal and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and reports.
Maintain and organize legal files, both physical and electronic.
Assist with document tracking, filing deadlines, and case management.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a legal or administrative support role preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Candidates must be available to work fully onsite in Ashburn, VA.
Pay range: $24–$27 per hour, depending on experience.
