Qualifications
Master’s degree in educational leadership or a related field, administrator certification (040), 3-5 years of experience as a classroom teacher or school administrator. Responsibilities
Support professional development for teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge. Monitor student achievement data and use to inform instructional decisions. Knowledge and implementation of the Marzano teacher evaluation model. Foster a positive and supportive school culture that promotes student well‑being and engagement. Collaborate with staff, students, and families to address student needs and concerns. Manage the school budget and allocate resources effectively. Oversee school facilities and ensure a safe and healthy learning environment. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent of Schools. Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations and policies. Engage stakeholders to advance the focus areas of the strategic plan of the School Department. Recruit, hire, support, and evaluate staff. Provide professional development and support for all staff. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment. Dynamic and visionary instructional leader. Build strong relationships within the school department, with parents and the community. Communicate effectively with parents and the community. Application
