Under limited supervision, this Executive Administrative Assistant provides secretarial, administrative, and office management duties for the Divisional Senior VP. Duties include composing and typing correspondence, developing reports, coordinating meetings, maintaining confidential documents, screening phone calls and visitors, and handling special projects such as complex calendaring, travel arrangements, on-off site luncheons, and invitation distribution. The incumbent prepares summaries of decisions and commitments from management meetings and conferences. Key Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. 3 years of senior-level administrative support experience. Knowledge of office procedures and equipment. Strong computer literacy and PC proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High degree of confidentiality and ability to maintain a professional demeanor. Independent judgment and initiative to act with authority as needed. Preferred Qualifications
Secretarial certificate or professional certification such as CAP. Advanced degree would be a plus. Compensation
Pay range: $19.65/hr - $43.74/hr. Exact compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location. Hybrid / Flex / Office Requirements
