Responsibilities This position is responsible for supporting divisional short- and long-term initiatives related to Medicaid provider network strategy and leveraging analytics to drive provider network solutions. The role will support major, complex, and strategic network initiatives from inception to completion, analyze Medicaid network data using internal and external sources to prioritize divisional initiatives, track progress to goals, and identify network trends and insights while interacting with all levels of cross-functional management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations, or a relevant healthcare industry OR a Bachelor’s Degree, a Master’s Degree and 4 years of experience.
Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; strong oral, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback.
Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization.
Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
Analytical and information synthesis skills.
Experience interpreting business and financial information.
Verbal and written communication and organization skills.
Flexible attitude with changing assignments and priorities.
PC proficiency to include MS Office products.
Preferred Qualifications
Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role:
3 days in office; 2 days remote.
Compensation: $54,800.00 - $121,100.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
