Responsibilities
Lead and Develop the Team:
Manage, coach, and inspire a team of ISRs, SDRs, and BDRs to deliver exceptional customer engagement and exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
Define Sales Motions:
Design and implement structured
inbound and outbound sales processes
that improve responsiveness, conversion rates, and alignment with field sales.
Optimize Inbound Response:
Ensure all inbound inquiries are handled quickly and professionally to
maximize deal potential
and customer satisfaction.
Drive Outbound Growth:
Build and execute a defined
outbound prospecting motion
that generates qualified leads and new logo opportunities across all segments of ASO.
Enhance Operational Efficiency:
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows, tools, and metrics that improve productivity and visibility.
Align with Sales Strategy:
Partner closely with field sales, marketing, and operations to ensure inside sales efforts align with ASO's growth objectives and market priorities.
Measure and Improve:
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews to track results, identify improvement areas, and continuously raise the bar for excellence.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Inside Sales leadership, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
Proven success building or scaling inside sales or SDR/BDR teams.
Strong understanding of CRM and lead management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot).
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action and deliver measurable growth.
Excellent communication, coaching, and change-management skills.
Passion for developing people, refining process, and accelerating results.

Colorado pay range: MIN $143,490.00, MIDPOINT $191,310.00 - MAX $239,140.00
