Who We’re Looking For?
Immediate Flex‑Time opportunity for an experienced design & sales professional to partner with us as an in‑home custom window treatment Designer and Installer.
Interior blinds, shades, shutters, drapery & outdoor roller shades.
Successful Designers and Installers from bath remodels, other home‑investment & remodeling services, independent design & installer company owners, experienced salespersons passionate about selling in the home.
Experience and proven measuring skills.
Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades, and shutters (Ideal).
Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.

Education and Experience
Experience using CRM and data systems (e.g., Salesforce) required.
Basic computer skills: scanning, downloading/uploading to a website, emails.
Currently possess, or willing to obtain, liability insurance.
Possess all applicable state and local licenses.
Must have a reliable truck or van to transport window treatments.
Must have a secure location to receive freight.
Physical Requirements
Periods of standing and walking throughout the in‑home and retail spaces.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to perform ALL window measurements.
Must be able to climb ladders, use scaffolding, load/unload pallets.
Training & onboarding compensation provided for this commissioned position with the company.
