Job Overview IT Helpdesk Support position at Dahl Chase Diagnostic Services. On-site helpdesk support for a busy lab with additional sites.

Responsibilities

Maintain computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions.

Helpdesk support and ticketing.

Assist in design, analysis, maintenance and implementation of LAN/WAN equipment and networks, system administration of microcomputers and virtual server environments.

On-call required rotating basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technical field or 5-7 years experience on complex IT projects and system planning.

Minimum three years experience in large LAN environment, designing and analyzing network systems.

Proficient with Windows OS, Active Directory, MS Exchange, virtual server environments (Nutanix preferred), Sophos firewalls, endpoint protection, Terminal Services, SQL Server, Rubrik backup, Mitel phone systems, physical networking skills.
