Full‑Time Senior Paid Media Specialist – Hybrid
Join Empire Beauty School’s Home Office team as a data‑driven media strategist. Lead planning, execution and optimization of high‑impact paid media campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. Work with a 7‑figure ad budget, develop strategies that drive measurable ROI while staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, launch and manage paid media campaigns across search, social and display.
Optimize campaign performance through audience targeting, bid strategy and A/B testing.
Monitor pacing and budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
Partner with internal creative teams to align messaging and visuals with campaign objectives.
Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
Maintain relationships with platform reps and vendors to leverage the latest tools and best practices.
Ideal Candidate
A Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
5–7 years of hands‑on experience in digital media buying.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
Advanced knowledge of campaign analytics and performance reporting tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Proven success managing large budgets and scaling results.
Google Ads and/or Meta certifications (preferred).
Experience in an agency environment, higher education or multi‑location marketing (plus).
Strong communication, project management and organizational skills.

Pay range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year, based on experience.
Candidate must reside within one of the following states: NY, NC, MD, VA, MA, ME, RI, NJ, PA, IL, OH, IN, KY, TN, GA, FL, AZ, CO, MN, WI, or MI.
