Overview
The Senior Product Specialist for North America (NAM) Product Marketing will support advanced and complex regional product launches within the current NAM product portfolio. The role includes comprehensive product and packaging updates; data confirmation and label compliance in coordination with Regulatory, Scientific Affairs, Pricing and Sales to support new product launches; and strategic planning, including market and segment research aligned with the innovation pipeline. The Senior Specialist will comprehensively support product development and innovation for the region, aligned with consumer trends across categories, and will ensure measurable progress is made on products scheduled to launch, along with their campaigns. Responsibilities
Provides cross‑functional support on behalf of Product Marketing during product and project development, working with and across broader Marketing for high‑impact and/or short‑term product launches with increased scope, visibility and timing. Supports increasingly complex Product Marketing related business activities across assigned verticals (categories) to achieve regional business objectives, including portfolio and inventory management, forecasting and sales metrics, plus campaign and promotional support throughout. Assists regional product development and maintenance activities through the Agile system, liaising with various team members contributing to line extensions, reformulations, claim updates, packaging upgrades, etc. Gathers and synthesizes the research (category, customer, consumer and/or distributor) and analysis needed for new competitive offerings in current and new segments. Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications
6+ years of brand management, category management or product marketing experience in a traditional Consumer Packaged Goods company or Multi‑Level Marketing company. Experience managing multiple product segments. Tangible history of meeting stated objectives and delivering results despite adversity. Proactive disposition, coupled with the ability to make informed decisions with limited information. Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills and strong teamwork. Effective communication, strategic thinking and creativity. Familiarity with the health and wellness category, including but not limited to dietary supplements, fitness or targeted health products. Strong project and time management skills with a high attention to detail. Comfort and familiarity in a matrixed organization working with Cross‑functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced multicultural environment. Preferred: Bilingual (English and either Spanish or French) with written and spoken fluency. Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration. Benefits
