Position Summary We are seeking a Sales Area Manager with a hybrid profile: both Hunter and Manager. This role requires:

Hunting new opportunities in the local market.

Managing clients and projects with full autonomy.

Expanding our network among architects, designers (A&D), purchasing managers, retailers, and dealers in the main West territories.

Ideal candidates will have a background in furniture (indoor/outdoor), tile, hospitality design, or contract, and already maintain active client relationships in the Los Angeles/California market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Present collections and catalogs to architects, designers, dealers, and retailers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in hospitality, residential, and contract projects.

Manage sales pipeline and reporting independently.

Create good relationship with multi-brand sales rep and manage them.

Represent POINT at trade fairs, showrooms, and local client presentations.

Collaborate closely with the Managing Director USA & Canada to align sales goals and growth strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a sales agent/rep in furniture, outdoor/indoor, tile, or hospitality design.

Active network of contacts in the Los Angeles/California market (A&D firms, purchasing managers, retailers).

Strong Hunter mindset: proactive, results-driven, and able to generate new business opportunities.

Manager skills: autonomy in managing key accounts, projects, and high-profile clients.

Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills.

Experience handling catalogs, samples, and client-facing presentations.

Bilingual Spanish / English (not mandatory but highly valued).

Availability to travel 50% of the time in the West Coast.

Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
