Account Executive - Business Development Market:

Full‑time hybrid position based in Worcester, MA and Metro West Region. Candidate must live within a 30‑minute drive of Worcester.

Compensation:

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission, benefits, expenses, unlimited vacation, and more.

Position Details:

Innovative and driven Account Executive to drive new client acquisition. Responsible for prospecting qualified candidates, consulting to identify growth opportunities, delivering compelling marketing strategies, and managing accounts. Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, presentations, and proposals.

Experience Desired

2+ years of experience in a high‑acquisition, consultative B2B sales role and a college degree or acceptable equivalent.

Experience building a book of new business clients. Hunter mentality with strong prospecting, planning, organizational, and time‑management skills.

Excellent track record of developing and selling custom multi‑tactic digital advertising campaigns and closing business (mobile platforms, SEO/SEM, targeted email, social, and other offerings). Google AdWords, Analytics certifications preferred but not required.

Ability to collaborate actively and constructively in a team environment.

Ability to pivot quickly without losing speed, focus, or quality.

Problem solver who thrives on challenges and can simplify complex issues.

Effective communication and presentation skills, persuasive, patient, compelling, and compassionate. Forging strong relationships with customers and earning their trust.

Experience with CRM tool (daily use required).

Valid driver’s license.

Vehicle insurance required (minimum state requirements).

Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Annualized base salary $55,000 – $60,000. Variable compensation applicable.
