$23,000 - $37,000 (annual)
Overview:
The Wellness Coordinator II acts as primary liaison between families, staff, and community-based service providers, coordinating campus services, ensuring student support, and promoting school climate and safety.
Responsibilities:
Oversight and coordination of campus-based services and service providers; active engagement with families, caregivers, and community; identification of campus resources and gaps; triage and connection of students and families to appropriate services and ongoing case management; direct service and/or crisis management when necessary; address school climate and safety needs; support training needs of teachers and staff in school climate, safety, and health; develop and support data collection infrastructure and input data to assist data-driven decision making and program effectiveness; function as complement to multidisciplinary team; coordinate linkage of identified students to appropriate services; provide and/or organize professional development and parent education as needed.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology and Licensed LCSW, LMFT or LPCC required. Ability to supervise is required. Experience working in schools preferred. Spanish speaking preferred.
