What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Configure and support clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software
Act as Level 2 technical support for ancillary integrated products, resolving issues and coordinating with Help Desk
Collaborate with the Member Care Team to achieve overall support goals
Document build specifications and complex clinic workflows, ensuring quality assurance
Mentor and train less experienced analysts while leading training sessions for member clinics
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven experience in configuring and supporting EpicCare Ambulatory and related products
Strong technical support skills, particularly with ancillary integrated products
Excellent communication skills for training and advising OCHIN members
Experience in documenting workflows and build specifications
Willingness to travel 25% for off-site software Go-Lives installations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a healthcare technology setting
Familiarity with JIRA and vendor call processes
Strong problem-solving skills in integration work orders and support issues
Ability to develop and share workflow best practices
Experience in conducting training sessions for clinical staff
