Position Summary In this role, you will provide clients with compassionate care, meet with them to discuss their cases, earn trust, and update them and insurance companies on claim status, demands, and offers.
Requirements & Skills
Full-time
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Member of the Florida Bar (or willing to be barred) and in good standing
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
Experience in evaluating claims and related litigation
Superb negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to work independently in an office environment
Team-oriented
