Classification Title: MGR, Human Resources Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Responsibilities

Serve as an expert consultant, coach, and organizational change leader regarding talent acquisition. Develop positive recruitment experience for applicants. Review job requisitions to ensure job announcements are accurate, grammatically correct, and posted appropriately on “UF Careers” (and in other posting venues) to attract qualified applicants. Recommend cost‑effective options in sourcing for qualified diverse applicants. Evaluate application materials to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, UF's policies and procedures and regulations. Advise on the best methods for assessing candidates. Recommend best approach to onboarding new employees. Represent the hiring department for the recruitment process lifecycle. Assist in implementing a result‑driven comprehensive recruitment plan consistent with the vision of TA&O, UF HR, and UF. Serve as expert in reporting and tracking data using the applicant tracking system. Advise on best practices for conducting interviews and assessments based on the hiring department's needs. Manage posting activities to ensure minimal “time‑to‑offer” timeframe and optimal hire quality through generating reports and providing summarized recruitment data to hiring departments. Review applicants, advise departments on potential hires, and clear finalists. Serve as expert on the coordination of required screenings, past employment, employment verification, and education verification and provide support to campus partners on related matters in a timely and comprehensive manner. Facilitate and lead projects that improve or enhance the talent acquisition process, including (but not limited to) workforce analysis and pipeline. Provide problem‑solving services to employees and/or supervisors. Assist (as needed) in resolving employment issues. Work cooperatively with Classification and Compensation (C&C) and other UFHR departments to ensure compliance with UF's policies and procedures. Stay current with the latest industry and recruitment trends. Provide strategic input into research, development, evaluation, and the implementation of new products, services, and technology to enhance UF's faculty and staff recruitment program. Expected Salary

$75,000 - $78,000 Benefits
