Process payroll for all employees in assigned Business Units and/or Corporate in accordance with labor regulations and standard accounting principles. Prepare, review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accurate and timely processing and reporting for internal and external groups. File, process and maintain employee payroll records. Respond to inquiries from employees, managers and other departments to resolve payroll and timekeeping related issues. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll data and work with other departments to ensure accuracy. Perks & Benefits

3+ years of experience in payroll function. 2+ years in an accounting related function a plus. Full-cycle Workday payroll experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Fundamental Payroll Certification or Certified Payroll Professional preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Very strong verbal and written communication. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with utmost care. Proven ability to stay current on multi-state payroll tax requirements and relevant laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software and payroll/HRIS systems.
