The Department of Internal Medicine at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterologist with expertise and interest in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) . This is a full-time faculty position within an academic medical center that includes inpatient, outpatient, procedural, research, and teaching responsibilities.

The IBD faculty physician will work closely with a team of gastroenterologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, and fellows to deliver advanced medical care to patients with Crohn s disease and ulcerative colitis. The successful candidate should demonstrate a commitment to excellence in clinical care, academic scholarship, and teaching.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : $500,000, aligned with MGMA benchmarks and tied to RVU targets

  • Incentives : RVU-based performance bonuses

  • Sign-On Bonus : $20,000 $30,000 (inclusive of relocation expenses)
