Position Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Panama City, FL

Clearance Type: Secret

Overview

Lead daily warehouse operations, supervise personnel in receipt, inspection, storage, issue, and disposition of Navy materiel. Maintain 100% accountability of Government property using Navy ERP, DPAS, and related systems. Ensure compliance with NAVSEA, OSHA, and ISO 9001:2015 quality and safety standards. Manage Care of Supplies in Storage (COSIS), shelf‑life control, kitting, and packaging/marking (PPP&M) processes. Oversee inventory accuracy, conduct reconciliations, and report discrepancies through TDRs, SDRs, and PQDRs. Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, vehicle operations, and material movement logistics. Verify all staff certifications and MHE licenses; ensure mandatory training completion in TWMS. Enforce on‑site safety procedures and submit monthly status, staffing, and workload reports (CDRL A003). Implement quality and safety programs, tracking performance metrics and corrective actions. Interface with the COR and Government leads to resolve issues, schedule reviews, and ensure timely deliverables. Maintain secure handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies.

Required Qualifications

  • More than 3 years of experience managing warehousing operations within the Department of War and preferably Department of the Navy.
  • Experience with Department of the Navy systems and their associated warehousing needs, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.
  • Experience communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance metrics to optimize warehouse efficiency and meet program objectives.
  • Manage and motivate warehouse teams, ensuring high levels of productivity and adherence to safety standards.
  • Knowledgeable in risk management policies and assessment methodologies, identifying and mitigating potential risks to warehouse operations.
  • Secret clearance required.
