We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing construction team. This role requires experience operating multiple types of machines, including track loaders, dozers, skid steers, and excavators. You’ll be responsible for performing all phases of grading work across residential and commercial sites.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment to perform:
  
• • Lot grading and rough grade preparation
  • Slab and foundation grading
  • Basement cuts and excavation
  • Final grading and yard preparation
  • Utility trenching and backfilling
  • Stormwater and sewer line installations
  • Land clearing
• Follow grading plans and elevations with minimal supervision
• Communicate with foremen and other team members to complete jobs on time
• Perform pre-operation equipment checks and basic maintenance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of equipment operating experience
• Must be proficient in reading grading layouts and understanding slopes and drainage
• Experience on both residential and commercial job sites
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL a plus but not mandatory
• Must be reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual is a plus( English/Spanish)
