Coordinate IT and Office services for all new hires, answer questions about equipment, and ensure the desk or department is ready before the start date. Ensure completion and filing of I-9 documentation and forms, including E-Verify for all new hires. Manage offboarding processes, coordinate with payroll, ensure accurate hours are recorded, schedule exit interviews, and prepare termination documentation. Identify and implement process improvements, streamline systems, and ensure data integrity for onboarding and other HR processes. Coordinate employee eligibility and act as a liaison between employees and benefits support to resolve issues. Lead regional support during the annual open enrollment process, schedule information sessions, and assist employees with online enrollment. Respond to HR inquiries regarding benefit eligibility, salaries, and other pertinent information. Assist in the bi-weekly payroll processing. Support workplace injury procedures by coordinating medical triage, internal reporting, and liaising with the Corporate Safety Manager. Complete DWC 1 Form and manage injury investigations. Ensure injured workers receive proper medical treatment to facilitate prompt return to work. Maintain Labor Law Posters throughout properties. Organize and safeguard confidential information with discretion and high ethical standards. Assist with collecting, drafting, and sending LOA documentation. Support HR in processing employee changes, including drafting and submitting documentation for promotions and salary adjustments. Assist with recruiting efforts as assigned. Perform other duties or special projects as required. What You'll Bring : Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. 2-3 years of HR experience. Knowledge of HR principles and relevant regulations. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
