Strategic Finance Associate with Pigment system user experience
to join their finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the Sales Finance function at a fast-growing, pre-IPO company within a dynamic Strategic Finance team. As one of the team’s early members, you’ll serve as a key partner to cross-functional go-to-market teams—providing financial insights, enhancing strategic decision-making, and driving operational excellence. Pigment power-users , to help our client unlock the full potential of their financial and operational planning. You will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision making, increasing forecasting accuracy, and elevating financial planning and strategy across the business. Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with leaders across the Sales organization, including teams in Sales Operations, Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, and Channel Sales. Take full ownership of top‑line forecasting models to enhance visibility into quarterly performance and long‑term growth trends. Develop, manage, and track key go‑to‑market (GTM) metrics and leadership dashboards; support strategic planning and sales goal‑setting processes. Create data‑driven business cases for new initiatives and lead ad hoc analyses to address the most pressing questions facing the sales teams. Execute with urgency and adaptability — dive into details to solve immediate challenges while keeping an eye on scalable, long‑term solutions. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, sales finance, or a similar function within a SaaS or high‑growth environment. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheet modeling. Demonstrated experience using Pigment or a comparable financial planning tool. Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Seniority level
