Overview
Thriving physician‑led practice in Southern Minnesota seeks new Family Medicine physician due to retirement.
Responsibilities
Full‑Spectrum Family Medicine – OP, IP, and ER (customize scope of practice based on preferences)
Focus on quality of care – extremely reasonable daily patient volumes with plenty of autonomy to practice as you would like
4‑Day week & 35+ days of time off – spend less than 50% of your time each year working
Epic EMR support
Plenty of experienced support staff keeps this practice running smoothly and efficiently
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is “evergreen.” Highly competitive earnings without stressing over production
Extremely competitive base salary of $350K & $100‑150K signing bonus, plus additional lucrative wRVU bonus potential
