Are you a versatile sales professional with a passion for delivering innovative workplace solutions? Were looking for an
Account Executive
to drive client engagement, grow accounts, and deliver exceptional office design and furnishing solutions. This full-cycle sales role combines strategic business development with hands-on client management, ideal for someone who thrives in balancing long-term planning with attention to detail.
What Youll Do: Own and grow client relationships, identifying new projects and expansion opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance, product information, and tailored solutions. Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and uncover upsell opportunities. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Pursue new business through prospecting and qualified leads. Conduct needs assessments and present design-aligned furniture solutions. Manage complex sales processes including quoting, collaboration with design teams, and order fulfillment. Partner with project managers and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive offerings. Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed.
Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (furniture or interior design experience preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and recommend solutions. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally.
Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
