About the Role Were looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
Sales Operations Assistant
to join our team in Gardena, CA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently while collaborating with Sales, Purchasing, and Account Management teams. Youll play a key role in developing pricing models, supporting sales strategy, and ensuring operational efficiency through data analysis and market research.
What Youll Do Create customer quotes in Excel, incorporating product, logistics, and operational costs Analyze market trends, daily reports, and industry publications to inform pricing strategies Support timely purchasing decisions for raw materials based on market data and sales history Evaluate vendor product lines and logistics options to optimize cost and efficiency Maintain internal pricing tools, including Manufacturer Pricing Agreements (MPAs) Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies and manage documentation updates Assist with sample shipments and prepare supporting paperwork for the Sales Team
What Were Looking For High School diploma required; 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/work combination Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
