Administrative Assistant
to support our Sales team on-site in Gardena, CA. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset. Youll play a key role in streamlining sales operations, managing documentation, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks that drive team efficiency and customer satisfaction. What Youll Do Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including scheduling, reporting, and document preparation Create and maintain sales quotes, pricing sheets, and customer records with accuracy Analyze sales data and generate reports to support performance tracking and decision-making Coordinate communication between Sales, Purchasing, and Account Management teams Assist with sample shipments, order processing, and follow-up documentation Maintain organized filing systems and ensure timely updates to internal databases Help resolve discrepancies in pricing, orders, and customer communications What Were Looking For High School diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred 2+ years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a sales or operations environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative office setting If youre ready to bring your organizational talent and analytical mindset to a dynamic sales environment, wed love to hear from you.
