We are seeking a dependable and experienced
Commercial Drywall Foreman
to lead field crews on a variety of commercial construction projects across
Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire . The ideal candidate has a solid background in drywall systems, framing, and finishing, with leadership experience and a commitment to quality and safety. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for job site supervision, scheduling, crew management, and ensuring work is completed on time and up to standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of drywall crews on commercial job sites Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Manage material deliveries, labor schedules, and production goals Oversee all aspects of framing, hanging, finishing, and acoustical ceiling installations Ensure all work complies with safety codes, building regulations, and company standards Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades Maintain accurate timekeeping, field logs, and job site documentation Identify and resolve site issues, conflicts, and delays in a timely and professional manner Train and mentor crew members to ensure consistent workmanship and safe practices
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of commercial drywall experience, including 2+ years in a foreman or supervisory role Extensive knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall installation, taping, and finishing Strong understanding of commercial building plans and specifications Proven leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel daily to various job sites across Northern MA and Southern NH OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
