Role Overview We are seeking an experienced

Senior Project Manager

to lead complex

public works, transportation, and water conveyance infrastructure projects . This leader will oversee the planning, design, and delivery of civil engineering projects including highways, traffic improvements, municipal systems, and water infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven record of successfully managing large, multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the execution of multiple infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction and closeout. Oversee the development of project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Coordinate with municipal agencies, public works departments, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth project approvals. Guide and mentor project teams, including engineers, planners, designers, and support staff. Prepare and negotiate contracts, manage subconsultants, and ensure quality assurance throughout all project phases. Provide technical leadership on water conveyance, highway, transportation, and municipal engineering projects. Manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to proposal development and strategic growth. Oversee risk management, resource allocation, and financial reporting for assigned projects. Represent the firm at public meetings, technical conferences, and industry events. Qualifications Education:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (Masters preferred). Licensure:

Professional Engineer (PE) required. Experience: 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with at least 5 years in project management. Demonstrated expertise in

public works ,

municipal water conveyance ,

highway and traffic engineering , and

infrastructure development . Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, permitting processes, and funding mechanisms. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with project management tools and engineering software.
