This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25/hour based on experience and $100/day worked per diem. Job Scope: Setting floors and roof trusses Framing walls Blocking Layout walls and floors Cutting rafters
The role involves framing multifamily apartment buildings, requiring reliable transportation and a willingness to travel around the area for various job sites.
Responsibilities Set floor and roof trusses Sheet floor and roof trusses Frame walls Blocking layout walls and floors Cut rafters
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of rough carpentry experience in commercial carpentry rough framing Completion of OSHA 10 before starting with BA
Required Skills Experience in specific type of framing Tools required: Hammer, tape measure, speed square, pencil, chalk line Tool belt, tool pouch, and all other hand tools and PPE for the first day
Preferred Skills Experience in building multifamily apartment buildings through prefab walls
Pay range and compensation package Pay: Up to $25 hour Based on experience, $100/day work Per Diem Duration: long term Hours: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday, OT offered
