Outside Reality Capture/UAS Sales Representative (Cary)

Our mission is to empower industries such as construction, surveying, engineering, and public safety with state-of-the-art data collection tools.
Transit and Level is seeking a motivated and experienced Reality Capture/UAS Sales Representative to drive sales across our North Carolina territory. This role involves traveling throughout the region to engage with clients, demonstrate our technology, and develop long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate has a passion for geospatial technology, excellent sales skills, and a strong network within industries that utilize reality capture solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in industries such as construction, surveying, engineering, and public safety. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demonstrations of high-end scanners, drones, sonar boats, and other reality capture equipment. Travel: Regularly travel throughout Tennessee and Alabama to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent our company. Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and advancements in reality capture, UAS, and geospatial technology. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in sales, preferably in reality capture, geospatial technology, UAS (drones), surveying equipment, or related industries. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with 3D scanning, UAV operations, LiDAR, photogrammetry, sonar technology, and related software solutions is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage a regional sales territory effectively. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within North Carolina and surrounding states (valid driver's license required). Certifications (Preferred): FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification, experience with reality capture software (e.g. Leica, Trimble, Faro, Pix4D, Autodesk ReCap).
