The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for developing, directing, and executing successful marketing strategies to drive engagement with our organization and sustainable revenue for our businesses. Working with the Director of Public Affairs closely collaborating with the Development Team, this position will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives including lead generation, digital marketing, advertising, and market intelligence. The Role: What You’ll Do
Oversee the creation and execution of compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, print materials, and promotional campaigns for all HRA, including campuses in DC and NJ. Build, track, and maintain a comprehensive calendar for marketing campaigns, brand and communication initiatives, and annual, cross-department promotions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase revenue generation and customer growth for HRA’s business lines, such as Training & Behavior services, Buddies Boutique, veterinary operations, etc. Analyze industry trends, innovation opportunities, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, incorporating relevant insights into the organization’s marketing strategy. Cultivate strategic partnerships and relationships with external stakeholders and vendors. Work with Director of Public Affairs to develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Work closely with HRA’s social media team and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with overall organization mission. Manage the company's digital presence, including website development, SEO, and SEM. Develop, create, and distribute HRA’s internal bi-weekly newsletter. Support and serve as deputy approver for all internal and external communications for Director of Public Affairs when unavailable (as appropriate). About You: Skills & Qualifications
Excellent proficiency in writing and working with designers to achieve results that are on-brand and deliver ROI. A demonstrated track record of being an organized, inclusive, and collaborative leader with a strong attention to detail. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to driving continuous improvement. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines. Qualifications – Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or relevant degree and/or significant experience (8+ years) in a related field. Previous marketing experience (4+) required with demonstrated success in acquisition and revenue growth and proficiency across digital and creative channels. Proficient in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta, email marketing, website optimization, and analytics tools. Where You'll Work: Physical Requirements & Work Environment
