Network Analyst – Brooksource
9‑month Contract Frisco, TX or Overland Park, KS (Hybrid) Our Fortune 100 telecom client is hiring a dynamic Network Analyst to join their Business Incident Management Team. This role supports their customers during major network outages and high‑impact incidents. You’ll act as a liaison and communicator, ensuring timely and accurate updates are delivered across internal stakeholders, while collaborating with technical teams to understand and relay critical impact information. Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for business customers during major incidents and outages Assist in coordinating responses to significant network events; help manage incident bridges and follow post‑incident processes Gather and relay key information about the incident including who is impacted and how severity and scope of the issue, and status updates and resolution timelines Provide regular, well‑documented status updates to internal teams using tools and templates to ensure clarity and consistency Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring urgency and appropriate momentum are maintained Translate technical jargon into business‑friendly language for non‑technical audiences Leverage internal tools and platforms to compile data, draft updates, and coordinate response efforts Participate in on‑call rotation Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a Network Analyst or in a similar incident management role Strong understanding of network concepts, terminology, and troubleshooting workflows Experience with wireless mobile networks (LTE, 4G, 5G) Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management; experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is highly preferred ITIL certification is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Microsoft Teams, for collaboration and bridge management Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize based on urgency and impact Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment A collaborative team player with a service‑oriented mindset Benefits
