Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate Labor and Delivery registered nurse to deliver exceptional direct patient care in our Labor and Delivery setting. In this role, you will provide assessment and planning for individualized patient care. Responsibilities
Communicate with physicians about changes in patients’ clinical condition.
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Act in a composed and professional manner, especially under pressure.
Perform general nursing duties in all Maternal Child Health departments with adequate supervision.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient charts.
Participate in performance improvement activities.
Act as the patient’s advocate, as circumstances require.
Qualifications
CA (RN) Registered Nurse License.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
Neonate Resuscitate (NRP) must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
1 year of full‑time equivalent or more experience as an L&D RN.
Salary Hourly Wage Estimate: $83.95 - $115.40 / hour.
