AF Solutions Clinical Specialist II – Cleveland, OH

Boston Scientific is seeking an AF Solutions Clinical Specialist II to support our Watchman™ and FARAPULSE™ technologies. In this field‑based position, you will partner with clinicians to drive clinical adoption, provide education, and grow our presence across a defined territory. Responsibilities

Educate customers on safe and effective use of Watchman and FARAPULSE technologies through presentations, hands‑on training, and clinical support. Travel to hospitals and clinics to assess customer needs, deliver procedural support, and guide physicians on best practices. Build strong relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders to identify adoption opportunities and market expansion. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—sales, marketing, clinical research, and training—to deliver strategic insights and implement territory‑specific plans. Champion new product launches and serve as a resource for competitive intelligence in the electrophysiology and structural heart space. Support market development initiatives by connecting with key opinion leaders and external fellows to promote awareness and utilization. Contribute to talent development and mentor new team members while embracing Boston Scientific’s inclusive culture. Monitor clinical trial activity in your area, including interest visits, site initiations, and protocol education. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures by maintaining current knowledge of clinical trial protocols and standards. Participate in on‑call coverage as required to support critical case needs. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical cardiology, medical device sales, or related industry background. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in structural heart, atrial fibrillation, or electrophysiology strongly preferred. Demonstrated technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex clinical and product information effectively. Advanced degree in healthcare or business is a plus. Compensation

Base salary range: $65,000 to $85,000 plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan. Additional benefits are available at Boston Scientific. Equal Opportunity
